Slide 18: think about a time, maybe more than one time that you went through the stage of cleavage? Are you still in cleavage or have you moved into alignment, integration or fusion?
Slide 20: It isn’t the mountain that tires you out, it’s the pebble in your shoe. Contemplate a time in your life when this analogy has played out in your life. Is there a certain story or emotion that you’re holding on to and you just need to set that pebble aside?

Review Heart and Throat Center Triangles from Parts 1 & 2 and practice on yourself/family/friends.

Review the final practical protocol from Part 2 and complete at least 2 full sessions either on yourself, family/friend or a pet (unless you do this work regularly). Be sure to do lymphatics, circulation and spine at least once during the sessions. Remember to work across the protocol table, doing all core triangles and then work downward in table, completing all triangles/systems on the 1-2 most deficient centers. Then finish with the entire grounding and paired balancing sequence.
